FOR IN A FRANCHISEE ?
A business partner
who can run a Food Factory Express counter,
in a specified locality in all major cities.
The franchisee should be able to :
- Meet all project costs under the guidelines and
time frames.
- Meet all operational and capital expenses.
- Apply, obtain and renew all licences, permissions,
sanctions required by law for running a restaurant.
- Pay the necessary government taxes and levies in
time.
- To bear all costs towards renovations and up gradation
of work.
CRITERIA FOR A FRANCHISEE
- An individual who owns or is willing to least/rent a property in a prime independent location such as Malls, Stand Alone locations, Hyper markets, IT Parks, Corporate Parks, Railway Stations and Airports
(note: all locations should withness a high footfall to ensure high turnovers in sales volume)
FOOD COURT MODEL
Space Requirement – 275 to 300 sq ft carpet area
Ideal location/s: Food court within malls, Hyper markets, IT Parks, Corporate Parks, Railway stations and Airports
Approximate Investment: 12 Lakhs per location (excluding the Franchise fee, Taxes & Rental Deposits)
RESTAURANT MODEL
Space Requirement – 800 to 1200 sq ft carpet area
Ideal location/s: Malls, Stand Alone locations which witness a high footfall, Hyper markets, IT Parks, Corporate Parks, Railway stations and Airports
Approximate Investment: 14.5 Lakhs per location (excluding the Franchise fee, Taxes & Rental Deposits)
KIOSK MODEL
Space Requirement – 75 to 110 sq ft carpet area
Ideal location/s: Multiplexes, Mall Atriums, Food court within malls, Hyper markets, IT Parks, Corporate Parks, Railway stations and Airports
Approximate Investment: 2.5 Lakhs per location (excluding the Franchise fee, Taxes & Rental Deposits)
