- Report to the head of operations
- Incharge of a few stores (territory wise)
- Monitor daily sales and oversee store costs
- Recruitment, training and appraisals along with the store manager per store
- Assist the store manager in any manner needed
- Asist the new franchisees per area in opening a new store and daily running of the store
- Assist the training manager in franchisees team training
- Ensure marketing and sales promotions have been implemented and a follow up on the progress and returns are reported to the head of Operations

- Market the franchise concept of Food Factory Express via various mediums of electronic and print media
- Respond to and answer all queries a potential franchise may have
- Follow up with interested franchisees
- Finalize all formalities between the franchisee and the franchiser on accepting the franchise
- Continuously market and scout out for more franchisees in the developing areas as per the strategic plan of the company

STORE MANAGER

- Monitor outlet sales and achieve targets
- Monitor outlet costs as per budgeted costs
- Report to the Area manager with discrepancies
- Daily Staffing, requirements and re-training of daily duties
- Cashier and Administrative duties implementation
- .Oversee all staffing issues including areas like motivation, recruitment, discipline and training
- .Assist Area Manager to develop market positioning and ensure that advertising, promotions, food and prices are consistent with and communicate that positioning to the staff
- Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service. Ensure all service crew follow likewise.
- Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations 9.Know the duties & responsibilities of staff & ensure they are carried out
- Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers when required
- Handle cashiering when others are not available 12.Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships
